| Functions: |
| 1.The machine is used for single-twist packing food with regular shape: ellipse, waist-round, square. It has reasonable structure with esthetic style, running smoothly with less noise. 2. The main core parts which adopt imported modern high precise type intermission gear-dividing and cam-driving, so all the action are very accurate. 3.AC-motors attached with frequency converter realize infinitely variable controlling, which is accurate, energy efficient, durable and adjustable during operation. 4.Controlled by computer automatically, with PLC touch screen, photo-cell sensor device, the photoelectric detection and bi-directional tracking assure the waste the speediness of tracking and accuracy of drawing, which can eliminate the error of packing and reduce the waste of packing film and raw materials, the packing rate can reach 100%. 5.Two moving dire action of disc to make sure 100% candy into disc mould. 6.With function of overload protect, electricity leak protect, oil circle, electric circle faults alarm, no film alarm. 7.Auto material sending and feeding with double layer and two ways device, keep the candy away from attaint. 8.The transfer-body makes of aluminum allay material, all the parts that touched with food are stainless steel, and after special deal with the out-face, makes it looks more nice and solid and smooth, washes easily, meets ISO food hygiene standard. 9.Can use single or double layer packing film. 10.Can equipment automatic hoppers. |
