The total automatic drum making machine consist of flange machine,corrugated machine ,beading machine,seaming machine and transport devices between machines. All equipment of this automatic lines are controlled by programming controller. The feeding and transporting devices are driven by hydraulic system. Production level: All equipment in the production line machines have metal frame made in china and other electric parts and hydraulic equipment from Japanese and international brands for keep these machines using for long life time. All line is automatic only a few working step is manual.Punch the cover and the bottom,point welding .seaming welding,and leakage testing etc. are manual operation.The workers in the production line are about 15 persons. |
