1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
1.1 GENERAL

2. Power: one unit of 800KV electric power transformer.
3. Air: this line need a low pressure air compressor and a middle pressure air compressor.

5. Equipment list and quotation
This liquefied petroleum gas(L.P.G) cylinder line produces 1500PCS of 12.5kg cylinders, and everyday works one shift, eight hours per shift, 300 workdays per year. Construction Data: a) The Body: Two Pressings Joined by one circumferential welding (joggled butt type) using automatic submerged arc welding process/MAG. welding
(i) Sheet Hor Rolled steel as per standard JIS 3116 SG 295 OR NFA 36.211 OR equivalent.
(ii) Cchemicial elements:
Carbon: max 0.20%
Manganese: max 1.00%
Phosphorus max 0.04%
Sulphur max 0.04%
Silicon max 0.35%
(iii)Mechanical performance
Tensile-strength min 045 Kg/Cm2
Extensibility: min 26%
(vi) Thickness:
As per DOT-4BA-240 and including corrosion allowance 2 mils/year for 15 years OR OTHER
(b) The Valve Pad:
To be inserted from the inside and the welded to the Cylinder opening by metal inert gas welding process.
(i) Inlet Thread: 3/4 inch NGT (14 TPI)
(ii)Forged Steel GIS G 4051 S 20C or NFA 36.501 or Equivalent
(C) Valve Protection Shroud:
To protect of Cylinder Valve against any damage the Valve Protection Shroud to be permanently welded on the Cylinder Body.
(i) Welded Steel as per JIS G 3101 SS41 or NFA 35.501 GR 24.2 or Equivalent.
Thickness Should be minimum 3.00 mm.
The Valve:
The Cylinder to be fitted with Kosan Gas Compact Valve Code No. 186G001 with safety release arrangement (20mm version) or equivalent.
(i) Mechanical Standard: Forged quality Brass confirming BS 218M
(ii) Inlet Connection 3/4 inch NGT 14 TPI
(iii) Outlet Connection 20 mm
(iv) Test Pressure: 17.7 Kgf/Cm2
(v) Safety Release Pressure:24 Kgf/Cm2±10%
Surface Preparation: Shot Blasting / Sand Blasting
Painting & Coating : One Zinc Coating of minimum 49 micron thickness and one port of finishing by spray painting epoxy Postman red color/OR OTHER COLOR.
1.4 APPLICABLE STANDARD
The production line equipment is according to the needed LPG cylinder DOT (USA) standard.
1.5 MATERIAL
The Body material: Hor Rolled steel as per standard JIS 3116 SG 295 OR HP295 OR equivalent.
Handle and base material: Steel as per JIS G 3101 SS41 or equivalent standard.
The customer shall supply sample LPG cylinder to be kept as reference after signature of the contract.
